Senses at the Fields — Local services in Dubai

I’m living at senses at the fields supposedly a new community. Kaizen make everything too hard that even if you want to bring a handy man from just life app which is known, you have to get an NOC and get approval just so I can do things in my own home. On Sundays no work is allowed anywhere I don’t understand why this should effect individual homes. Kaizen make residents and owners life much harder than it should be. Senses at the fields is a community which is too high prices for what you get, keep in mind there is no pool or supermarket or anything close or around as well. Above all this the AC units in my villa keep getting ruined and I pay 180+k a year and god knows what will be the rent next year. All in all, my experience up to now here is 1/10 and not to mention the small bathrooms with no cupboard space at all. Thinking about renting or buying here? DON'T! The build quality is really shoddy – from bathrooms that feel like afterthoughts to layouts that just don’t make sense...Pathetic... And the constant issues with water and AC are a nightmare. And the outdoors - forget about green spaces or parks—nonexistent. The community management - a nightmare! They’re rude from the security at the gate right through to the people answering phones. Good luck getting cleaners past security without a hassle. You end up stuck on the phone, repeating yourself to a parade of muppets until someone finally lets them in—maybe after an hour. I regret to say that my experience at this villa has been extremely disappointing. From the moment I moved in, I encountered numerous issues, including water leakage, malfunctioning utilities, and an infestation of Mesquites. Despite multiple requests, the maintenance team has failed to address these problems, leaving me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. The lack of action taken to resolve these issues reflects poorly on the management of the property.
