Some volunteers lack common sense. It’s especially annoying when there’s clearly enough space but the volunteers still try to pack everyone in unnecessarily. Common sense and a little empathy go a long way—especially in places meant for peace and spiritual reflection. On big celebration days, it’s understandable that space is tight, but on regular days, forcing people to squish together when there’s no need feels inconsiderate, especially for families who come early just to sit together.

Would like to bring this up to whoever organizes or oversees the volunteers. Maybe they’re just following some instructions and don’t realize how uncomfortable it makes...

On Friday, we visited Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, and the experience was truly serene. The moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with an atmosphere of deep peace and calm. Surprisingly, the church was completely empty—there was no one else around, which made the visit feel even more special. The silence within the sacred space allowed us to pause, reflect, and simply enjoy the stillness without any distractions. Being in such a quiet and holy place felt refreshing for the mind and soul, almost as if the church was waiting just for us.
