The staff there are completely irresponsible. They had assured the kid playing inside the trampoline area wouldn't be allowed to go out of the gate without parents. Guess what, the kid walked right out of the gate without their knowledge and the staff were busy watching movies on their cell phone. When confronted, they said the kids are not their responsibility and they don't care when kids walk out of the gate or someone else picks up someone else's kid.
