Today at 07:00 AM I took a taxi from this company and was completely scammed. A trip that I had taken many times before under the night tariff turned into a nightmare this time. Even though I clearly gave the exact address before departure, the driver took advantage of the fact that I briefly fell asleep and drove us around for more than an hour. When I woke up and realized this, he suddenly sped up and dropped us at the hotel. For a journey that normally costs around 100 AED even at night rates, I was charged nearly 160 AED in the daytime. The driver intentionally drove at unusually low speeds even when the roads were clear, which triggered extra “waiting time” charges on the meter. At one point I woke up to find myself on completely irrelevant streets near Dubai Airport’s upper roads. When I confronted him, he simply blamed “traffic,” yet I saw him circle the same junction at least twice. A trip that should normally take about one hour ended up taking two hours, and I was charged almost double the night fare. This was a major disappointment and a clear case of dishonesty. I have already reported the matter to the company by email, and I sincerely hope they take action and restore the trust of their customers.

Subject: Issue with Missing Sharjah Public Transport Routes on Google Maps Dear Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue regarding the Sharjah public transport routes on Google Maps. Recently, I have noticed that the routes for Sharjah's public transportation system have disappeared from the app. This poses a significant inconvenience for many users, including myself, who rely on Google Maps for navigating around the city using public transport. The absence of these routes makes it challenging to plan journeys efficiently and accurately. I kindly request your prompt attention to this matter and urge you to restore the Sharjah public transport routes on Google Maps as soon as possible. Ensuring that this vital information is available is crucial for the community's daily commute and overall convenience. Thank you for your immediate action on this issue. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution. Best regards, Riswan

Just wanted to share a frustrating experience I had today. The bus was supposed to arrive at 2:40 PM, but it didn’t come until 3:00 PM. That’s a 20-minute delay with no way to track it (unlike in Dubai where you can at least see where the bus is). In Sharjah, you just have to guess and hope for the best. When I asked the driver if the timing had changed, he replied rudely, saying “What time changed? Don’t ask me.” Then he started mumbling in Arabic, repeating “time change, time change” in a mocking way, like I did something wrong for just asking. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful.

I have complained regarding the taxis of Sharjah for not accepting digital payment. But responded with “Card is not our preferred payment method” Since when is card not a valid payment? Seriously Sharjah RTA? This is you equipping your taxis with CCM Machines for it to be useless? This is such a shame for other neighboring emirates where UAE is digitizing and Sharjah is moving backwards. 9 out of 10 Drivers refuse to accept card payment. Always system down even though they have it available. Reason being that card payment takes time to reflect from their daily quota? This is not moving forward. Try keeping up with dubai taxis or even ajman. Such a shame for residents and tourist who are using your service. Investing in cameras for your taxis but doesn't even offer card payment? Question of what will be your next move. I dont think you value your customers feedback at all. So...
