I cannot praise Lucy enough for making my daughters birthday so memorable with the glamping bell tent with all the trimmings last weekend. Very helpful from the initial telephone enquiry, providing all the information I needed without having to request it. The communication throughout the booking leading up to the installation of the tent was fantastic. They arrived when they said they would, set up the tent in no time and decorated it throughout with lights, cushions and even printed out special flyers with her and her friends name on them, which made it extra special. We went for the all inclusive package with beds, carpets and the tent was beautifully decorated. When the hire period came to an end, Lucy returned at the agreed time and took the tent down with ease and got everything packed up efficiently. Lucy went above and beyond to create a bespoke Taylor Swift 10th party for my daughter who has just come out of a long stay in hospital. And she did it in about 4 working days!! It was amazing! Lucy communicated well from the very start - sending ideas over throughout. She organised tailor-made gifts and goodies for the girls. She planned everything perfectly and fitted in to arrive whilst my daughter was out - so that they whole thing remained a surprise. The teepees and mattresses/bedding - were all spotlessly clean and safe for use - there was no chance of these falling down in the night. An excellent experience from start to finish. Lucy was completely professional and prompt in all communications during booking and in the lead up to the event. Every small detail was included in the price from sweet cart to projector screen, lighting, balloons and beautifully tied blankets. Such a lovely way to celebrate and absolutely no hassle whatsoever - exactly as it should be but so often isn't!
