Concrete jungle. Why did Croudace build homes fit for London instead of utilising the space to build homes fit for the population here? No one can be bothered to use their driveway or garages and so people park cars and big vans on the road, on corners, opposite junctions and is a nightmare to navigate around. To make it worse, a wonderful area of woodland has now been destroyed and looks like something out of an apocalypse. No chance the council will do anything to revive it (in fact, it is ear-marked in the Local Development Plan as land reserve for Chineham Railway Station and Car Park!) and I feel so sorry for the homeowners who used to be able to look out on it but now have to wake up to a depressive scene every day. If there are issues on the A33, traffic will go through Rockbourne Road instead and it just isn’t built for it. Croudace should have built a separate road that goes around Sherfield Park, rather...

The village lookmore like 1000's of flats on very confusing roads than a village that should have 5 star reviews also the village has terrible public transport route with the bus service there once an hour and for a place with a few thousand flats in that is disgusting service and should be improved before getting so...
