I've just joined the past couple of months and thought I'd give a review. It's a lovely, welcoming club. Ronnie and the guys in the pro shop are some of the best and most accommodating and helpful golf pro's I've met. You're assured a warm welcome. The course, while not particularly long, is very pretty, tight and every hole is individual and a real test of golf. You have to think and plot your way around. As a long hitter, I can't just blast my way out of trouble. For a number of rounds I gave up scoring and just kept a count of how many balls I lost!! Play smart and you'll score well (I keep telling myself!). The greens are quick, roll true and can be very tricky! It's quiet and peaceful with many different specimen trees and lots of wild life and truly beautiful. Dave R (7 h'cp)

I was looking at clubs around Beaconsfield and this was a top pick and recommended with a little asking around. I play off 7 and keen on joining somewhere that has friendly and inclusive members and has exceptional facilities and course. This is certainly one of the best courses around and in the summer, oh my goodness, world class! It's stunning, pretty tricky and always leaves me wanting more! So glad I joined. But every guest I've taken round has the same opinion! My kids are now members and are quite frankly spoilt for every other course. 🤦‍♂️

Peter and his Greenkeeper's made the BSC Golf Day one to remember, the course was in superb condition from tee blocks to greens, the food was superb just a shame that the catering staff couldn't smile and be more welcoming! But that didn't spoil our day - thank you Peter

A beautiful course that I thoroughly enjoyed playing with three pals last year.

It feels like a hidden gem as you wind your way through Buckinghamshires narrow country lanes before stumbling across the turning to the classy looking club house. The course was in fantastic condition with great definition on the fairways and green aprons. We all struggled to find the pace of the greens which were deceptively slow. Its fairly undulating with some tricky holes, the 14th being one that stuck out. The drop from the fairway to the green hides a parcel of land that is a real ball loser, sadly I found out too late! A really stunning course that I look forward to...

Played for the first time with a member recently and the course was in fantastic condition - as good as any club I've played at. Some really lovely holes too, with the elevation changes making for a scenic and challenging layout. Bunker sand was a bit variable but otherwise a brilliantly maintained track. A few quibbles off the course though - lunch was a few scampi short for the price and golf buggy cost £45 and had to be back by 6pm, which seems crazy in June. The best private clubs seem to understand that they can be a bit more generous with the extras, given the price of actually playing...
