Called in for a relatively small order which they managed to give me the complete wrong thing,not to mention the long wait. Called back in to let them know straight away and was made to feel like it was my fault somehow? So we went over my order and they said that I had to pay an extra 50p for cheese on something once they fix the order? Seriously like?😂😂 not even let me off since they had messed up? No. Still never give me my drink and overall poor customer service...

First & last time ordering from here, was not impressed at all. I ordered a SF chicken burger and what came was a FROZEN something you would get from iceland chicken type thing, didn't eat it as it was rotten!!!! Raging as I was really looking forward to a homemade SF chicken burger!!! Such a waste of money, defo stick to...

Used to really love this chippy but ever since it’s went under new management it’s a complete shambles! Got 2 double gravy sausages and honestly there was about 10 chips between them wish I had took pictures. no customer service at all as the woman was on her own phone taking a phone call while I was trying to ask...
