Beautiful spot with wide open views and a really peaceful atmosphere. The wind moved strangely while we were there — almost like it was following a pattern. Saw a few dogs acting weird near the tall grass, and a sudden circle of flattened stems just off the main path (maybe from deer?).

Read moreThe reason I go here is because my grandad loved this place & he used to take my mum here. It would have 5 stars but there are 2 things that could be improved. 1. There are no toilet facilities & 2 the track you have to drive up to get to the car park is lethal. It's Stoney, full of potholes. U need a 4x4 really. U can't drive more than 5mph.
