I want to file a complaint. Today I went to the restaurant and was treated with racism by the girl inside. I have already informed the police and the matter will be dealt with through them. The girl treated me in a very specific and psychologically harmful way only because I am wearing the hejab and I believe this is the main reason. The girl gave me food covered in paper. She put it in a very humiliating way for me in front of the rest of the customers, and when I asked her about the bag she looked at me in a very humiliating way. Working out and about today I drove past three chip shops before giving into the temptation and landed outside this one.

I've never been to this chip shop but driven past it thousands of times. I ventured in for lunch around the 2:00 mark on a Tuesday and was greeted with two friendly staff members analyst of specials.

I had the road chips and curry sauce for 550 not expecting much to be faced with a gargantuan portion of chips a pot of curry and a decent piece of tinned roe.

Amount of salt vinegar was good and this travel down through the chips as you'd hope and expect I'll be honest I feel a bit sick I didn't set out to finish this portion of chips as it was massive for a lunchtime special but they were actually really good I can see why there's always a queue outside on a Friday. Have been been a customer here for a number of years and never had a problem until this evening. Always order either large haddock or cod and chips and tonight ordered haddock but when we got home and opened the food it turned out they had given us a piece of plaice. If I’d wanted plaice would have asked for it but I don’t particularly like plaice. Not particularly cheap either and most of it has gone in the bin. If you’re selling fish and chips surely it’s reasonable for customers to expect that you can differentiate between different types of fish.
