Hi-Tide — Local services in Blaby

Last few visits seem to have gone majorly down hill and the attitude of the staff is terrible. The old lady that seems to be in charge needs to learn customer service, I felt like I'd done something wrong for asking about the meal deals that you carnt see the menu for without leaning over the counter. The prices just seem so expensive compared with everywhere else which would be fine if the food was cooked properly! The chips just seem to be bathed in oil and served well undercooked and the fish cakes are hard enough to smash glass with. I will not be returning and using the Whetstone one...

Delicious, fresh and great value. We had two Haddock which were enormous, and they were so light and tasty. The husband also had, mushy peas, double curry sauce and a pickled onion. (I had no idea you could buy a single picked onion!) the two guys who were there were really friendly too. It was a delicious lunch cooked to order. Hope everyone comes back to fish and chips like we have. You could have spent the same amount on a Mc-takeaway-FC and it wouldn’t have been anywhere near as nice as High Tide. PS. They also do...

Lovely staff, great food, nice range of drinks including milkshakes, fizzy pop and water. Especially love the new potatoe, cheese and onion pukka pie which is suitable for vegetarians, that also do "gluten free tuesdays'' allowing people who wouldn't be able to experience great food like this to enjoy their food even more.
