Fantastic place to visit, whether you are a nature lover or just want to exercise. Plenty of footpaths and cycle paths, gates easily accessible for bikes and prams. Car park open at certain times only and great look out available with plenty of benches for rest. We seen swans and mama swan with her babies, caterpillar webs (??), heard a coocko and seen many unusual birds. Definitely worth seeing. Read moreThe paths are well maintained and it's easy to get about. The hide/screen by the carpark has a view over a pond and watching for a while does yield a few different species of dragonflies and birds. The other hide/screen is more disappointing and other than a walk probably not worth it.
Parking is easy and free, but make sure you leave before the gate to the road is locked...
