Dear Fairmont Spa Management,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the reception service I received at your hotel. During our recent visit yesterday, we found the reception staff to be inattentive and unprofessional, and I felt discriminated against by the hotel staff, except for a lovely lady called Babita (apologies if I’m mispronouncing/ misspelling her name) She was able to get us two pairs of slippers because she saw us waiting in the Ladies' room for quite some time (approximately 15 minutes). We were told by the receptionist to wait so she could go and check, but she never returned. When we addressed this to the two receptionists, their response was, "we have a shortage of slippers at the moment, so we don't have any."
When we arrived at the spa, we were not greeted with a warm welcome. Instead, the receptionist barely acknowledged our booking, and since it was our first time visiting your spa, we felt the tour was rushed, leaving us wondering which facilities were available to us.
Furthermore, we felt discriminated against when we noticed that the staff, specifically at the Green Cafe, were more attentive to other guests who appeared to be of a different ethnicity than us. For your reference, we were a party of three, all Asian. It was disheartening to see that the staff at Fairmont Spa did not treat all guests equally.
It's a shame because we did have an amazing experience using all the facilities that were available, especially the outdoor pool area, jacuzzi, and Himalayan salt room.
As paying customers, we expect to be treated with respect and professionalism. It is disappointing that our experience at Fairmont Spa did not meet our expectations. We hope that you take our feedback seriously and take steps to ensure that all guests are treated equally and with the respect they...

Spa is excellent. They even clean the tiles in the outdoor pool. It's kept in a pristine condition. Keep up the great work.
Breakfast in the Moreish restaurant has the more extensive buffet, and I'm sure I've not had better in the UK. This rivals some of the 7 star hotels in Dubai that we've stayed at...

Lovely indoor pool with sauna and steam rooms. Some nice mood showers and a Japanese foot bath (no fish).
Salt room is lovely although I did have to be woken up.
The outdoor pool is quite warm with bubbles in different locations. The bubbles where a bit to aggressive for me but that’s just my taste.
Changing rooms are very...
