Leaventhorpe Fisheries — Local services in Bradford

I love my Fish & Chips and have tried quite a few chippys in the Bradford & Halifax area. My parents are regulars at Leaventhorpe and swear by the quality of the food and the friendliness of those who run it, whereas I've not been here since I moved a little distance away approximately 15 years ago. Today me and my small family joined them for lunch and I can't disagree with their assessment. The Fish & Chips were superb, some of the nicest I've had locally in a long time. On top of that the server was friendly to my wife and said nice and genuine words about my son. Also, by today's pricing standards (Fish & Chips prices have risen everywhere), the cost was reasonable too. Not a bad word to say, I could not recommend this...

I have to take fish & chips to my old teacher every Friday. This is the first time I have taken them from Leaventhorpe Fisheries. Absolutely lovely. Really succulent fish and lovely chips.
