Sizzlers Pizza And Balti Hut — Local services in Bradford

It was my first time and I ordered through Uber Eats. My total bill was a little over £25. My experience was well not good. I ordered two Pizzas, a Meat Feast pizza which had no Donor Meat as it suggested online and their website. Same was the case for Sizzler Special which advertised that it would have a little bit of everything, everything really? Well their everything was just two toppings. I must say they were very selfish with the.toppings as there was nothing much but bread, and a few pieces of chicken. So I also ordered a large Lamb Donor meat tray, only to find it not as warms as I or anyone would have expected. After a few minutes (spent inspecting the pizza and coming to a realization) the meat tasted and felt plastic and off course was cold despite the delivery chap of Uber Eats using a heat bag which I saw when he took out the food from. I cant believe this Balti house gives food like this I'm a Desi, and I was reluctant at first when checking the reviews and well, there just were not much or none real desi review. I appreciate that their main customers are english and I worry only to think what they must be getting and miss out the whole real authentic asian balti house experience. Especially when they got this simple food wrong I can only imagine what the more complex asian dishes would be like. Bad service two incorrect pizzas delivered. Impression given when I complained that the pizzas were swapped and all they needed to do was swap them around again. I told them I didn't want to have a pizza that was sat in a strangers house and told the Manager that I had put my finger in to check the topping off the ones I recieved. I wasn't given any apology or anything for goodwill but had to wait another 20 minutes for the right order by then the chips were cold. Hate to thing that the pizzas that was sat cold in my living room would be warmed and then given to someone else. I could easily have tampered with it. The pizza I did recieve seemed freshly cooked to be fair but I won't be using them again. With so much competition it's not the way to treat your customer.
