We took our boy for a picnic in the shade of a tree. Lovely setting with the free roaming horses. Only negative is that people drive far too quickly through the common and it was quite frequent. Needs a 20 mph...

We took our boy for a picnic in the shade of a tree. Lovely setting with the free roaming horses. Only negative is that people drive far too quickly through the common and it was quite frequent. Needs a 20 mph speed limit.

Really beautiful common, with so much to see. A small woodland lines the outskirts of the common. We found the perfect spot for a birthday picnic and definitely recommend
