Read moreSublime in every respect. Attended an MSVR run motorcycle track day on the full '300' circuit. The new infield is superb. The place was immaculate with more hard standing than you could shake a stick at. The staff were attentive, professional, well organized and super efficient. Any accidents were quickly and efficiently dealt with and delays minimal. Bad riding was also addressed quickly.
In an age of mediocrity, I am actually surprised that there is nothing I could comment on that would be beneficial bar one thing. We live 2.40 hrs away and with a 7.30 sign on we drove up the evening before. It was dark at around 8.30 when we arrived and there was no visible Security presence. We had booked a garage so went and unloaded the bikes and some tools etc. Though other people were parked close by overnight, we chose to set up 100 yds away in a quieter part of the paddock. We had to leave the bikes in a garage we could not secure. Now it would not surprise me if the garages were all monitored by CCTV coverage and Security were imbedded in a control centre and covertly on top of everything. They weren't reassuringly visibly present. Finally, I wish MSVR would lay as much tarmac in the paddock at Cadwell Park. 😃 Other wise TOP marks...
Read moreHaving visited all the MSV tracks Snetterton is by far the best overall. The facilities are well maintained and abundant, the food especially at the Tyrell Bar is excellent. The staff and volunteers are friendly and helpful. The track is a former world war airfield, it has 3 options my favourite is the 300 circuit. You'll find it in use most weekends, offering track days and testing days during the week. It's used by both small clubs and national events. I'm a season ticket holders as it's a very economical way to spend so much time at the track, even if it's just a visit for breakfast 😋 at the Tyrell Bar, Gary and his team are superb. My last visit was for round six of the Bennett's British Super Bikes, the opportunity to watch not only my team but Scott Redding race was superb. Parking is easy and still close by for the busiest of events. There are plenty of toilets and water refill stations around the track, and the bigger the event the more food/drink stands and bars are available. The medical staff and Marshalls do a phenomenal job, very proud of them all. If you've never been give it a go, you won't be disappointed no matter what the weather. I've had some amazing days even...
