Was hired to cater at an event, went behind our backs and formed a private payment with our client whilst at the event. Disgusting practice, dont trust this busines. Not professional at all.

The wedding went off without a hitch after the work perofrmed by us to ensure we completely understood the brides requirements. We communicated with you to ensure you had everything you needed to sun contract for us. We offered staff, however you have a sous chef who you like to work with, so we cancelled the day before the wedding to accomodate what you preferred... The kit used for the wedding was ours and has still not been returned. You avoidied answering phone calls as you are aware that you are at fault. You spoke to us on the phone and said how 'your name' would be against the wedding, this is entirely true, and this is the reason for this review.

After all the money the bride was paying, we were going to receive £100...£100! We lent lots of kit and orgnaised the whole thing. It's embarassing what some people will do for such a small amount of money (neglecting the impact on their reputation).

You were lovely on the phone before hard, it's a shame that in reality you are not...

Absolutely brilliant service. We were let down by our wedding caterer, Elspeth's Kitchen, 1 week before our wedding by text!! As I'm sure anyone can imagine it was an incredibly stressful time. Jonny stepped in last minute, even though he hadn't had a full hand over, and literally saved our wedding day! The original catering staff didn't realise they were working so again Jonny sorted out his own staff the night before the wedding. I could not fault this company at all. The food was stunning and they had a smile on their faces the whole time. I can't thank you enough Jonny for all your hard work, amazing food and air of calm that you brought. You allowed me to feel in good hands and focus on the things a bride should a week leading up to...

Honest review of feedback based on experience we have had. I can’t comment on quality of food but from website and menus it looks to be good quality - hence we tried to book. Unfortunately we were let down by the private chef hire service. We had been in discussions with Romajo about hosting a dinner party for us on NYE which from the basis of verbal conversations was all agreed early October, so we arranged with our friends. Sad to say we were let down mid November after chasing for updates on the menu being designed, leaving us to try and find other options for private chefs during a popular/busy period.
