Shockingly bad customer service. I will NEVER be using this food delivery service again.

I am requesting the response from the manager regarding my complaint referring to the very poor level of service I have received from the manager of Caseys.

I phoned Caseys at 17:17 on Monday to place an order by telephone I was advised that my order would be delivered within the hour.

At 18:17 when my order was still not to be seen I then made another call to Caseys and requested a more accurate timescale for my order, I was told it would be another 5-10 minutes.

Eventually, the delivery arrived at my door at 18:40, 1 hour and 23 minutes after placing the order, which is just ridiculous, it is a fast food establishment after all.

At this point, I made another call to Caseys and requested to speak to the manager, who said it is him speaking. I explained that when we made the call and placed the order for delivery the person we spoke to said that 'it would be delivered within the hour' I said that, we accepted that but then gave him a second chance to give us a more up to date timescale. The manager then admitted that it was himself that we had spoken to twice previously. I told him that it had taken an hour and 23 minutes to get it to us and the delivery man has now left and got in his car and drove away. The manager then proceeded to use an aggressive tone down the phone whilst saying "That's you fault for sending him away. Look I'm too busy for this call. We are very busy! I've got lots of other customers" I said that I wanted to know if there is anything he would do for us and the manager replied "No he is not prepared to do anything for us, I am not doing anything at all for you" then he hung up on me.

Absolutely shockingly bad customer service from the manager of Caseys, I will never use this...

Two stars . being kind, that is because the gentleman i spoke to on the phone when asking why my food was delivered to the wrong address ( the gentleman at the address they delivered to phoned and informed me !! ). It all goes rapidly downhill from there As i said firstly our order was delivered to the wrong address. When i finally found this out, i phoned Just eat to get a really rude, offensive young lady who had no interest at all. So i phoned the shop, as I said I cannot fault the gentleman i spoke too, he was very polite and charming He said he would resend the order, sadly when it arrived it was awful. The whole order Scampi , chips and mushy peas for me they were stone cold, a massive portion but i could not eat anything, The scampi was soggy, the chips dried up, and the mushy peas was just the ligiud. My husband had ordered Burger and chips and these also were cold and overcooked. Though my husband has a big appetite, and i had ordered him a pizza extra. Glory Hallelujah, it was hot and my husband said it was very nice. I have a dairy allergy so can not eat pizza, but it looked a smelt good. So i suggest maybe the owners stick to what they are good at. I have tried their fish and chips and sorry the batter is awful ( I used to be a fish fryer), though the chips were better that time. I think maybe they are frying to long in advance of service. I also will add we live 5 minutes down the road from the shop, so there is no excuse for cold food really, it must of been cold when it left the shop (...

Terrible customer service. Late delivery . Recieved incorrect order and bad vibes from delivery driver. Super egotistical man. Really sad to have experienced such lack of customer care.

Delivery driver was ridiculously rude over the phone, he arrived at the incorrect address then proceeded to tell us that's we had made a mistake. He said he'd been delivering for over 16 years and never made a mistake.

He even said not to order from them again because they have so many customers',

We tried to help him get to the correct destination and he started speaking aggressively down the phone.

And then asked us if we are polish? Completely irrelevant.... to arriving at the correct delivery address.

On arrival, he was just as rude. Super unpleasant experience.

We had guests from London and it was our son's 1st birthday.

Order was incorrect. I'm assuming he was so angry that he's messed up our order and another customer's order.
