Pros: excellent access to parking plus overflow Access to toilets at carpark Coffee, snacks, etc. at the cafe Great shop for mountain biking equipment and hire. Lots of marked trails for both hiking, trail running biking, etc Cons: carpark coats £5.00 plus an additional £2.00 per person and closes early Trails not all clear. We must have crossed about 4 trails en route to the reservoir, and both my husband and I are good navigators. Signs of heavy logging in the forest took away from the beauty, areas of construction too.

Absolutely love Llandegla Forest! I have never mountain biked here though the trails look amazing! Bring my dogs for long walks and they love it. Some of the signage could be a little better, I can never remember how long the trail is I'm on. Noticed the last time we visited (when lock down lifted), they had put trail running signs up. A good addition and looked intriguing! Cafe offers quite a good choice, a little on the pricey side. Car park fees are more than reasonable (£5 all day)!!! Wish I lived closer 😍

Confidence inspiring! Did the full black (red) route for the first time today. Some really great trails with a fair bit of flow and variety. Nothing that most competent riders couldn’t manage. Lots of doubles and plenty of air for more confident/skilled folk. Trails are in need of some TLC towards the end with quite a lot of braking bumps. So loses a star for that and some areas which could include more interest. Will definitely be back though!

Dedicated Mountain Biking Trail Centre that also caters for walkers & runners. With Green, Blue, Red & Black Trails as well as a dedicated Skills Area, Pump Track, Free ride Area all supported by an excellent Cafe/Cycle Shop which also provides bike hire. The Cafe is the real Jewel in the Crown, there's very few out there that can compete with the quality & selection on offer. The staff are very friendly & helpful. Why your stars. Well, since purchasing the Trail Centre for their Pension Investment Pot, the Church of England have put precious little investment back into the facility. The trails suffer from a being cut up & in need of some serious development. Don't get me wrong this is a fantastic place & gets very busy at weekends it just needs it's owners to invest in some TLC. One Planet Adventure Trail Centre is open every day of the week except Monday & is open late on Wednesday for Night Riding (Well worth a try if you've never...

Havent been for a while. The car park is bigger and there are a lot more marked trails. I like the introduction of running trails, great idea. My one complaint is not towards one planet who run the venture but to the those tight arses who park on the road near the main road turning just to avoid the parking fee. Do they think the area runs itself, no it doesn't car park fees and the cafe contribute to the investment put into new trails, so think about it before you park your Audi's and BMW"s down there...
