Great place to walk .see the boats .look at nature trees all turning green and the blossom is out .swans geese and ducks lots of other birds on the canal..There is a car park at the brayton end . Can cycle or walk .Good for dog walking.

A pleasant circular walk from the car park at Burn Bridge on the A19, just south of A63 roundabout, along one bank of the Selby Canal, to Burn Hall Bridge. Then back along the other bank. Just under a 3km walk.

A lovely place to escape the hustle and bustle of town. Sadly the water is polluted these days and there’s dog mess and litter along the towpath! Just a sign of the times I guess 🙄
