We came to this store for the first time today specifically for the wet fish counter as the counter at Tesco Pitsea closed this week. We were served by Lee.. and were both totally overwhelmed by how helpful he was, the fish we wanted had just sold out and he couldn't do enough for us by making suggestions of alternatives.. we will definitely be back. Whole place was total chaos due to a refurb. They had guides to show you where things were but it would have helped if they had known themselves. Shop should have been closed and re-opened when complete. Now told that due to delays this situation will last till end of May 18.!!! Bloody awful.

Limited Range of stock, at least compared to the "big store", stock availability not always great, but I tend to visit later in the day often near closing.
