Cheddar Wood — Local services in Cheddar

Excellent stay at one of the premier lodge at the back of the site . Hot tub was lovely, pool and sauna and steam room all back open and not busy . Hired bikes from cheddar bike hire. Only five min drive down road in cheddar and did the strawberry line to yatton. Lovely track and very flat. Hiring a bike is a highlight while staying at cheddar woods. We only found out about it by seeing the sign by the reception. Lodge excellent very clean and tidy and quiet .Lovely walks behind the site if you go up the back by the tennis courts and turn left at the top will take you behind the site and back down to the road again. Try the strawberries by the front if the site , slightly more than a supermarket...

What a great play to stay in the Cheddar area. Beautiful park homes to stay in. We had a hot tub to our selves. The restaurant was great and food first class. My wife enjoyed the swimming pool , and I watched folks using the bowling alley. Nice bar area and outside facilities for children. Climbing walls and courts for tennis etc. Every this was spotless. Called 5 times in one week to book a childs birthday party. Each time i left my number and was told the party organiser would call me back. Still to date have not received a call back. Going elsewhere.
