DELIVERY CHARGE SCAM & RUDE TO CUSTOMERS. HALF OF ORDER DELIVERED, HAD TO WAIT 20 MINUTES FOR DRIVER TO RETURN AND NO CALL BACK WHEN PROMISED - DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY * Ordered via website which says delivery is free to where we are. Charged for delivery. Told it was only if I phone the order in. Website does not state that. Half of the order arrives, called 30 seconds after the driver left to say missing items off the order to be told "well I packed them". Whether they have been packed or not they weren't delivered. Was told they would ring the driver after having to say missing items weren't here over and over again and then was told by the "boss" he would ring me back. 15 minutes later, no missing items and no phone call. Rang again to find out what was going on to be told that the driver would be another 5 minutes. Food delivered on 1st attempt now cold and inedible, the "boss" couldn't have cared less and wouldnt do anything about it. Have been a regular customer for years and have noticed in the last year that things have been slipping meaning that we order less often than before but because of today and the way they think they can talk to paying customers when they have caused the problem in the first place means I will never order from...

Just fancied a burger 🍔 but not the usual MD rubbish so ordered a Hawiian burger, paprika fries and cheesecake for dessert. Came to just over £11 delivered, it only took about 30mins and the delivery guy was really respectful and very pleasant. Burger was really tasty, fries were good but I would have preferred more paprika which I shall mention the next time I order. Unfortunately the cheesecake was still frozen and looked like the ones you can get from Lild for £1 so won't be bothering with that in future. OMG shocking.... Just ordered a mixed donner and homemade potato wedge... All the chicken was covered in skin and there feathers on it lots of fat on the chicken... Yes I know its a take away and not healthy but come on mixed chicken donner isn't ment to have skin or feathers on it... I have this meal from alot of places and it's never been like this..... Phoned up and asked why it was like this and he couldn't explain it......
