Moon Lake Fishery — Local services in East Lindsey

I used to fish here quite a few years ago with my Brother. Went back today to go fishing on the Moon Lake . Now it looks reminiscent of a caravan park One caravan parked up So many Bivvis and rubbish strewn everywhere . What happened to angling skill ? Why use a bait boat ? It’s not that big a water . Nice surroundings. £10 for a day ticket or £20 for an overnight session. This fishery is in my opinion over fished. There are no restrictions or closure for when the fish are spawning. The three days that we were there, the lake was packed full of carp anglers with two or three rods and bait boats.
