My youth group went here and let me tell you it was a nightmare. You should not go here with older children only primary children. It is equipt for primary school children. There are very few plug sockets and the bed are bunk beds with very thin mattresses. I honestly don't know how some of my group fit in those beds.
Furthermore there was so much miscommunication between our group and the chefs it was horrible. We didn't get our order on the first night and then we were seemingly offered 2 menus when it was meant to be a choice of menu 1 or menu 2.
The accessibility of the building is horrible. It's like a maze and the stairs at the back are the steepest I found. The hallways are thin at points so no way of a wheelchair or walking frame getting through.

Good things: location, modern heating and plumbing, kitchen is great, lots of fridge and oven space but there's only one hob (4 rings) for the whole place. Large efficient drying room. The staff were very helpful (thank you).
Bad things: water coming through the dining room ceiling when it rained, and drying room flooded from rainwater coming up from the drains. Our dormitory had 4 bunks (8 beds), a waste bin and a sink and nothing else, not even a chair, and no plug points at all. At least our dorm had a window that opened, some didn't. The WiFi has good coverage but the bandwidth is limited so it was pretty slow when there were 40 of us in...
