Amazing views and as its one of the furthest points on the island so nice and quiet. A number of benches to sit on and watch the wildlife while waiting for the tide to go out so you can get back to the mainland.

A really enjoyable walk out here on a glorious day, a way to get away from the crowds for a while and listen to the wave. Easy walking on well defined grass paths

This is a stone pyramid which was built as a guide to shipping. It's on the beautiful island of lindisfarne and is a great place to sit and enjoy the scenery.

They should read 'The Island of Tides - A Journey to Lindisfare' by Alistair Moffat, Why bother going? Why just not whine -and...
