Not for anyone with mobility issues but wow what a walk and the views were outstanding. We visited as a family of 5 with 3 children aged 3, 4 and 11. My husband and I felt the steep walking, felt good but very tiring. But our three girls' loved it and didn't complain once. We enjoyed a picnic in the woods half way to the top. Recommend to anyone who loves walking and beautiful green wild views.

A nice walk but very muddy in winter, could be slightly better signposted. If you start on the Golf Course road just by the M54 Bridge, cross the little bridge and ascend on yellow route keeping to the right and you will reach the summit. Nice views over towards the Wrekin. Best to retrace back this way as the other lower yellow route is very boggy.

Fantastic walk The beautiful rich colours of Autumn Very peaceful eventhough there are plenty of visitors Excellent scenery no matter what time of year you visit Also dog Walker friendly as long as you clean up after them plenty of bins placed all around
