Johnny Rocko's — Local services in Fermanagh and Omagh District

Have to change my review on this place now as turned up and got a very upset owner and manager saying I should have called before coming all I asked was that should be on Web síte that you close to clean tó help customers did not expect to receive a rude reply two unhappy boys my sons now travelling back home for over hour long drive I know covid is a problem and they have to clean but not hard to explain your routine and that your times were all in this together we all find it difficult but don't take out on families please your reply to my review you say you had no bookings and wanted to do extra cleaning so what your saying is because I only had two children with me it wasn't worth your time if so put that on your website and say you only do large groups and not families who travel with there small families cause its not worth your time and please don't blame me I do understand stand there a pandemic but like I said to the manager owner was would have saved my sons being upset if your website said phone before you visit as its on Google as open and your website doesn't advise that either and the manager owner told me was closing for normal cleaning routine as had booking for the evening time the manager replied was going to do extra cleaning not just routine cleaning please think what you are saying before writing a reply to a review and be honest only ones lost out was my sons may be small thing to manager owner but was big day out for my boys who...

7th birthday party let’s say ten 7 year olds running wild really enjoyed them self but 4 adaults ordered 2 coffee 2 tea only three came so had to moan wasn’t nothing to wind us up then it was food time upstairs nuggets and sausages for the children well over cooked was a lot of waste then we was told we didn’t order sandwiches for the grown ups advised them we did lady got very agitated over this then we was advised one tray was 25 pounds and half of the sandwiches were just plain salad was not happy wouldn’t recommend eating here very disappointing if I wanted vegetarian sandwiches I would of asked won’t be going back...

We visited Johnny Rockos on Easter Monday and what a place it is!! The staff are just brilliant & could'nt do enough for us, and the entire place is so clean all the activities are really brilliant & we had a brilliant time. After the activities we had food and it was absolutely delicious & this made our day. We will definately go back again, and I'd like to highly recommend Johnny Rockos to anyone thinking of a day out with the kids. A big thank you to all the staff for making our day an absolute pleasure...
