Coppett is one of my favourite hills. I usually park down by the Wye at Kerne Bridge or on the hill itself in one of the spaces on the road from Goodrich. Various paths are available, I usually head up to the trig point (which isn't quite the summit) then head towards the river below Yat Rocks. Can either head back the same route or for a longer walk follow the Wye. Fantastic views in a beautiful place

Coppett Hill Common, or Coppett Hill, is a nature reserve covering over 100 hectares of land. It is a mix of woodland and open hillside, with a very wide range of flora and fauna. There are marvellous views of the Brecon Beacons, Clee Hill, and the Malverns to be had from here.

If you walk all the way around the top, you can see the forest of dean, other side Herefordshire river Wye.

Love Love this place, it is my recharge in nature happy place and feel so lucky to have it only 20 mins from home, we've visited acouple times this year already, missed the bluebells (sure to do next year!) but did a nature day during the nature weekend and our annual sunflower visit) The nature day was absolutely brilliant for children and adults, had such a good time and learnt lots too, having a 2 year old we didn't manage any of the early morning talks or evening activities but if they do it again next year I may even go child free and fully emerse myself in everything 🤣 We had a birthday celebration for the sunflowers, took our own picnic, everyone enjoyed it. Looking forward to exploring more walks in the area when little ones can walk bit further. They seem to always have more games and fun for the children each time we visit, such a...

We had a fabulous weekend camping trip here a few weeks ago. I do t normally write reviews but this wonderful family business does need some recognition as they’re doing a great job.

The campsite was not like anywhere we’ve stayed before, really with a visit! We loved the spacious secluded pitches (enough space for two families) huge area of walking trails and exploring within the site, and excellent facilities with lovely touches (like fresh towels every day to the dry your hands after washing).

Helen and Pippa could not have been more welcoming so thank you both for such a lovely trip. Living in London it was so good to have a weekend in the peace and tranquillity of your beautiful farm (and the sunflower...

Great circular walk about 3hrs and 10 miles. Starting point old quarry where is a space up to 5 cars to park. From there you can go up or down there are two paths. I went down where you go through the wood down to the river. Along the river you can see a Church, old bunker, old railway Bridge and tunnel. As you continue you finally get to Symonds yat rock but on the other side of the river. From there the Path turn right back to the Woods and you go up the Hill another 45 mins. When u on the top there is a nice view on Brecon Beacons and Godrich Castle. From trig point the Path back to the start about...
