I am here as a exhibit with my nephew who is autistic and has ADHD he was helping his grandad who has just had a back operation and cannot lift heavy objects my nephew was asked to collect the two bags of coal on my electric model scania truck as he collected the coal the steward had a go at him my nephew starting coming back to where my motor home was parked the steward followed him and stopped him and got into his face which made my autistic nephew feel threatened so he retalliated and the steward squared up to him I had to split them up the steward made him leave the event which he did when his dad came for him that had over a 2 hour drive once my nephew had gone I had to park my exhibits up and was not able to move them this is my 3 rd year here and have never felt welcome every year they have picked on us as a exhibit the friday we arrived they parked us up wrong but we left it as it was not a big thing later that day the stewards came over to my partner and my mum having a go saying we had moved our motor homes when we hadn't. We were all kept up until 3am Saturday morning with a group of people swearing and carrying on at back of us we approached the stewards and they both turned around and said it's your problem not ours sort it yourselves I will not be coming back and definitely would not recomend to fetch and children with disabilities these stewards are power mad and...

I go to this show every year, and this year (2025) has made me not want to ever return. Qued up for an hour to get in to the event, the carpark has completely turned around all the cars face the other way to usual and the grass was knee high to park on, it's usually cut short. We rang the helpline to ask why it took so long to get in, the women on the phone wasnt helpful. The show's layout had all changed around and not for the better, they should have left it as it has always been as people couldn't find what they were looking for. And to get out of the event was the worst part. Took nearly an hour and a half, all 3 lanes going into 1, traffic was a standstill so had to ring the women on the helpline again, she found it funny and said I cant answer why the traffic isn't moving. For what you pay to get in you shouldn't have to sit in hot cars for hours just to get in and out the event, it's not fair on animals either. Never returning...

This was an interesting and well attended event with plenty to see and do. Spoilt by the price of everything. £9 to £7 for a sausage/hot dog, £5 for ice cream 99, £10 for mediocre fish and chips £3.50 each on the ferris wheel. £11 for a small bag of fudge and Turkish delight. £9.50 a kebab...I could go on. £40 entry fee for a family of 4 was good value, £30 for grandparents a bit steep. We all left feeling we had our pockets picked, needless to say we did not Queue for anything. I bet a lot was thrown away after the show. Lower prices marginally would see more buying and enjoying the event. They might even make more money and less waste. Picnics next time we go and I advise everyone else to...

An annual two day Massive show which we have been attending for many years. It takes two days to fully get round and enjoy what the show has to offer. Something for all the family. They have multiple show rings, with many displays from dog shows, horse events, horse jumping, cattle displays, birds 🦅 Of prey, bikes, trucks, tractors, Cars, antiques, art, it’s non stop all day. Fun fair, classic cars, bikes, steam engines, all types of farm animals and show awards for best in show. Pigs, cows, bulls, sheep, goats, chickens 🐓 pigeons, geese, and a whole lot more. Has enormous selection of trade stands, something for everyone. Really two brilliant days out.

Lots to see and do. Very good stalls. Nice to see so many rare breeds. Take suncream hat ect as very little shade. Good comfy walking shoes a must as very big site. Only let down was the dog show as all competitors were right up to and all around show rings with their dogs, tables, chairs, and cars, so making pretty impossible to watch and got stares if stood near them to try observes... Been much better couple years ago. X

We went here for the Dubbed Out festival in July 2024. Quite simply one of the best weekends we’ve ever had, not just camping!! We met so many like minded VW people, danced in the dance tent, shopped in the market and watched many fantastic acts on the main stage/tent. This community is another level, if you love camping in your dub then this festival is a must. Simply amazing time with about 7000 friends ☺️
