Federico was absolutely amazing – far beyond our expectations! I contacted him for a very special family occasion: my husband’s 60th birthday. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The food was of the highest quality, beautifully presented, and prepared with real talent and care. Federico’s kitchen was left spotless, and his wine knowledge added a wonderful touch to the evening. What truly impressed us was the effort he put into tailoring the menu to suit everyone’s dietary needs – and it was no small task! We had vegetarians, meat lovers, someone who doesn’t eat cheese, and others avoiding raw food. Yet Federico managed it all with grace and creativity. The beef tartare and the slow-cooked ox cheeks were absolutely outstanding. The homemade tagliolini and fresh bread were also incredible. Even the vegetarians were thrilled – they said the miso-glazed eggplant was the best they’ve ever had! And the birthday cake? Simply delicious. We couldn’t have asked for more. Federico cooked our celebration lunch for our Civil Partnership and it was exquisite! A six course tasting menu and detailed recommendations for the wine pairings. He was also incredibly helpful with suggestions for all aspects of the meal which was impactful for us as it was the first private meal we'd organised so we weren't 100% sure what we had to organise. We loved each course from tuna tataki to beautifully cooked iberico pork. Our pre dessert/ dessert were both creamy and decadent all whilst feeling light, which felt important after 4 courses beforehand!
