Great spot to start a hiking adventure! Large, well-marked car park (£3.50 fee) that serves as the perfect base for climbing Ben Avon or enjoying a scenic walk through the beautiful Glen Slugain. The area is very well maintained, with stunning views all around – especially in good weather. It’s peaceful, quiet, and spacious – ideal for a full day out in nature. Highly recommended for anyone who loves the...

Nice for a circular walk and river side walk. Some nice footbridges to cross in what seems like to be remote and quiet areas. We went for a shortish walk but was decent. Some tracks that you can take pedal cycles on too
