I can’t recommend highly enough! I booked Josh and Anne for my sister’s hen party. There was 12 of us and a few had a number of allergies to take account but this was not a problem at all for them! The booking process was so easy with being able to discuss everyone’s requirements, and Josh did a great job of catering for everybody by making dishes as close as possible to what everyone else was having, so nobody felt singled out. We all had three courses and they were all delicious! Everyone really enjoyed the food. The whole evening ran so smoothly with Josh settling himself into the kitchen with no problems at all! We booked Josh to cook for us for our 'treat meal' during a recent holiday to Wales as an alternative to dining out in a restaurant and we were not disappointed. We had a nine course taster menu and the food was delicious and beautifully presented. The portion sizes were generous and Josh left us the surplus granita suggesting we used it with a nice G&T which we did and it was lovely. Anne laid the table, served the food, cleared the table and washed the pots. The kitchen was left spotlessly clean. The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish, so much so that we booked them again for a second meal which was equally as impressive. We booked Just Dine for a wedding rehearsal dinner a just one month ago at a private wedding venue in Wales and we were delighted! Anne was a dream to deal with from day one of making the enquiry, right through from talking possible menus and requirements to the logistics on the evening and leading up to our event. Nothing was too much trouble. The food that Josh produced on the night was fresh, slick and extremely tasty! The way in which he conducted himself professionally whilst on site was faultless and the staff that helped with service were a delight.
