Santa's Grotto Frome — Local services in Great Britain

We have visited this Santa and Mrs Claus since 2020. The visit never disappoint. The attention to detail to decorations in the grotto is unbelievable. You get a full 20 mins with the couple, and new Christmas traditions are made. The gifts are beautiful (not your normal plastic cheap toys) they have changed every year, and all of the keepsakes/ presents we have kept and will use for years to come!

Our children are turning into non believers now, which is sad and we will miss our yearly trip, these guys really have made our past 5 years so magical that we couldn’t go anywhere else. (Believe me we even cancelled our Santa grotto at center...

Another year and another fantastic santa experience.... we have been going since 2018 (see first picture🥰) and Year after year they out do themselves, just when I think it can’t get better, it really does. All the hard work and effort they have put in is phenomenonal ....It is the best grotto I have ever been too. I can't put into words how amazing it is.... I honestly can't thank them enough for making it so magical and putting smiles on all our faces... It’s just pure magic. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts in allowing us to make these special memories with you, we wouldn’t go anywhere else...

First time visiting this year, and will certainly be back. This was the loveliest, realistic grotto experience! My 7 year old felt he'd met the real Santa, and not a "helper" (he's been spotting strings on beards since he was 4). He is one for details, and even noticed a holiday photo of Mr and Mrs Clause on holiday displayed in the room and those little touches made it feel very real. The gifts all had lovely meanings. My youngest, 4, felt it was magical and thought he'd been magically transported to the North Pole, when the walkway through to Santa's Grotto was...
