I ordered a few thing from here tonight I ordered can and got a bottle of somthing nothing like it the food chips cheese and donner a lum of powdery cheese slapped on cold chips that cold not a bit of it melted full of lumps I asked for tiny bit of salt there was more salad than meat !! Well if it was meat tiny little shreads of what was supposed to be donner meat told them I wanted refund after 2 hours delivery man came back no refund for food only bottle and had a cheek to take a further 70 of it what an absolute joke boak wouldn't feel my dog the food they sent out obviously no pride only thing that was pleasant avt the whole experience was the delivery driver he was really nice , the manage was put on fone to me he laughed n said take some salad out il send yi a bit of meat wot a nob none of us will...

Ordered twice in one week. The first time they forgot the garlic mayo, didn’t forget to charge for it though. The second time they forgot the chips, a kebab and the garlic mayo again. I’d ordered around six on a Sunday we had over an hour and a half wait once it came it was all cold. Then once I called about the missing items they said they would send them out. At 9 I called them back to tell them to forget it to just give me my money back for the missing items they said to tell the delivery person that they should give me the money, however they did not communicate this themselves all it would have taken was a phone call. Ive been going to stars since it first opened up over 20 years ago but lately it seems to be going downhill some of the staff are good but the food standards have been slipping i had two maybe three bad kebabs from the shop in the space of 5 weeks so i havent been back in about almost a month and a half sick of wasting money on food that isnt up2 scratch which is a shame since i really liked stars for all these years might give it one more try but if food still isnt up to scratch then ill not be back maybe its something to do with staff constantly changing with the exception...
