We spent a great afternoon learning about how spirits were made at the distillery. The tasting session at the end of the tour was really well laid out and we were guided through the different drinks at a good pace. Our driver was given soft drinks and a miniature at the end, so didn't miss out too much. We all bought some liquid souvenirs :)

Tom was a great and knowledgeable guide and was really passionate and excited about what the company had already achieved and its future.

The distillery itself is small and modern - it was great to be able to see all parts of the process while standing in one spot.
