Not happy with this place in the least ordered some flowers to be delivered to my girlfriends work the day before Valentine's day so they had a full day to check to see if they could do the delivery and didn't. Then when I called them to see what what happeing with the delivery the delivery guy was still at the shop and hadn't left then told me they would have to give me a refund an hour before my girlfriend finished work. Due to Covid restrictions, I dealt with Tessa via phone and email to arrange flowers for my grandmothers funeral.

Two other family members used her too and the result were three fantastic arrangements with an abundance of colour, flowers and excellent value for money for our nan and she would have been thrilled.

The Little Flower Co and staff are talented and kind and I will certainly be using them again, hopefully not for another funeral anytime soon but a more joyous occasion perhaps. Keep up the good work,...

Tessa did the flowers for my daughters wedding which included flowers for the church, bouquets, button holes and flowers for the marquee.
