I would like to recommend The Keswick Tourism Association. I have been with the association for several years to the advertise my rural Farm B&B. Vanessa Metcalfe, the Tourism Manager is a Dimond. She is friendly, straight talking, easy to understand, plus very helpful & giving with her advice, but all done within a professional manner. When Vanessa joined the Keswick Tourism Association (KTA) she personal asked me what could the KTA do better. So, I told her over a cuppa that there feels to be a lack of inclusiveness for rural accommodation & attractions. Within 6 months she had made major changes to the website and the way the KTA operates to make sure all are included and made to feel very welcome within the KTA. Advertising changes fast and Vanessa keeps up with the trends to make sure Visit Keswick is at the fore front of marketing. I recently took advantage of this knowledge and asked Vanessa for a 1-2-1 lesson on email marketing and how send a news letter to my customers. Vanessa came out to my accommodation and we set up an emailing account on my laptop. Vanessa showed me around the “dashboard” and the features she likes to use when making up the weekly newsletter for KTA members. It was great to have someone share their best tips and advise and by the end of the session we had a draft newsletter. I would like to thank Vanessa and the KTA for their help & support on a wide range of local & national topics & advertising Mosedale End Farm B&B and Glamping Pod...

Sometimes the parking machine doesn't always let you use your card so better to have cash. We love going to the lake with the dog and all enjoy an ice cream there. They even have dog...
