Her studio is an oasis of calm and tranquility where you can feel safe and nurtured under her expert guidance. Read moreI have been going to Sarah Church - Yoga at The Oaks for over 7 years. When I started my movements were quite restricted but over time I have become increasingly flexible. Due to Sarah's skill, I continue to feel the benefits whether it's "in person" yoga or online. I feel improvements both psychologically and physically and am quite disappointed if I have to miss a session. When in a small class Sarah manages to both demonstrate and keep an eye on each member of the class so that sessions remain tailored to the individuals present. Read moreEach month for half-an-hour Sarah's online Relaxation and Meditation class lets me stop my busy-ness, slow down and become more peaceful inside. What a great feeling that is! Whether by introducing us to different ways of breathing, visualisation or other techniques, Sarah ensures that each session is helpful, enjoyable and calming, sometimes so calming that I find myself almost nodding off at the end! With supportive thoughts or ideas to take away and reflect on if I wish, Sarah's class provides a gentle pick-me-up each month which I always look forward to and would certainly recommend.
