The lady managing orders is great, but the kitchen staff and / or owners are a nightmare.

Cash only, ok that's fine, but they never know how long your order will be as they seem to do tickets in whatever order they fancy at the time.

The food quality and portion sizes are good and the cost is comparable, but being told 30-40 minutes is an absolute guess by the kitchen. If we order from them we typically ring to confirm if it's ready before we go to collect.

By far one of the best Chinese in Downham, I've been to them all. Ho Wong has rats in their kitchen, Terracotta House has terrible service, and last but not least Tasty H- wait that's all of the Chinese in Downham actually.

As I was saying, this place is by far the best, with the cheapest prices and quality food, excellent service and every time I seldom have a problem, it gets resolved instantly with me going again in the not so distant future.

Through fear of you going elsewhere they will tell you 45/50 mins til collection upon order, and then have you wait in your car/waiting room for another hour until it's actually ready, the last 3 orders we've placed on a Saturday have all been 2 hour waits. Apologised profusely the first time it happened, no apologies after or any offer of discount etc. Also they insist on asking you for payment when you arrive then hit you with "it'll be another hour" Will go elsewhere from now on which is a shame as it's one of the better...
