Strikes Bowl — Local services in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

Had a lovely day out with the kids bowling. We were greeted well and setup with names and little ones getting the barriers up ect. If you book online and get a discount they throw in a slushy for the kids. We decided to grab a table and have lunch after bowling. Even though it was busy the staff kept the place clean and tidy and were very happy to accommodate our large family. We ordered food and drinks and the kids went to play on the machines while we waited. All was good so far. When the food started to arrive in dribs and drabs it seemed ok but one dish was missing. The not very happy waitress explained that it would just be a few more minutes for the last meal. By the time the the last meal arrived the rest of the family had finished eating. It was busy and I understand how these things go sometimes so was happy just to tuck in and let the kids play a bit longer. However the late meal was in horrendous condition. The bread had clearly been warmed up in the microwave and was beyond eating. I couldn't even cut it with a knife. The sauce had crusted over on top and the whole thing was a let down. Our whole bill came to well over £100 pounds and for this I was hoping for better especially as there was an additional wait for the food. I took the meal back to the counter and explained that it was not very good. They offered a replacement but as the other 6 of us had finished I just requested a refund to call it a day. Over all very good day just let down by one meal which they resolved without question. We will be going again. But maybe not...

Avoid, especially in the evening. We attended with children on an evening, and it was all well priced. I felt ‘COVID safe’ and we were socially distanced throughout. The kids enjoyed all of the games, especially the air hockey. The food and drink came quickly.

But, the staff seemed annoyed by our existence and at us ordering food. Except from who I think was named Havier who was lovely. They seemed to have run out of most food, and got our order wrong and seemed annoyed at us for their mistake. The chips were not cooked and the food quality was poor.

There was an extremely rowdy group of older teens who were constantly swearing and loudly making fun of the rest of the bowlers. Ok this is to be expected at this time of night. However, they proceeded to throw a bowling ball into the ceiling, which wasn’t exactly low. The staff didn’t seem bothered by this. They closed off the area but offered the group another lane. They proceeded to be rowdy. The ball could have easily seriously hurt someone and this had distressed some children. There was glass spread around that...

I have a party for my son never again stuff was rude you can see they was gossiping about us kids wasn't allowed many things to do in the soft play area. Food was ordered by the counter with a stuff member and they bring it over totally different food for 3 kids they should wait for a food to be made for them while other kids eating. Bring the balloons and they wasn't even on the table I need to find where they was one of the stuff members told me go and get them cause they was busy aparantly they have another party. One of the perents wanna eat and she is gluten free and ask what kind of food they have for her they said check the menu she said she did but can't not see much so the answer was great I need to ask my manager then. Ordered lots of coffees half wasn't made the answer was we forgot after 20 min. They lost kids name list need to write names again then they should play bouling names was write absolutely wrong even I gave the written list with correct names 2 kids was missed.
