1 star is wayyyy too much but that is the lowest I can rate on this. Ordered some food today, we were told the delivery would be 40 minutes maximum. 1 and a half hours later we had still not received the food. We called multiple times and were told that the food was ready, and that they were just waiting on the delivery driver to come pick the food up so that it could be delivered to us which was not helpful at all. When the delivery driver did finally turn up, one of the people I was with politely asked if there was a possibility for a discount as the food was cold and it was very late. The delivery driver was extremely rude and started swearing, saying that there was no phone number or name on the receipt so it was not his fault that the food was late. WELL FIRSTLY IS IT MY FAULT? IS IT MY DADS FAULT? NO. MAYBE IF YOU WROTE YOUR CUSTOMER DETAILS PROPERLY THAT WOULDNT BE AN ISSUE. I said that this was irrelevant as that was not our problem, and was between the person who took the order and him, but then he proceeded to swear at one of the guys I was with saying that we do not know who he is and not to mess with him etc. Unfortunately he looked like a homeless raccoon and his teeth looked a bit infected so I could not take him seriously and told him to take the food and get lost. He took the food and PROBABLY ATE IT HIMSELF IN THE CAR BECAUSE HE LOOKED LIKE HE NEEDED IT MORE THAN US. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE THEY WILL GET YOUR HOPES UP AND ACT LIKE THEY WILL FEED YOU BUT INSTEAD WILL MAKE EX DRUG DEALERS PULL UP AND THREATEN TO BEAT YOU. IF THE OWNERS OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT READ THIS PLEASE BUY YOUR DELIVERY DRIVER A TOOTHBRUSH BECAUSE HIS TEETH WERE YELLOW. ALL WE WANTED WERE SOME BURGERS AND MY COUSINS WERE HUNGRY BUT WE NOW KNOW TO ORDER FROM...

Me and my partner got 2 pizzas from there.. I set about eating mine whilst she finished on the phone. She looked under her pizza and it had mould speckled all over the bass. I checked mine and mine was the same. I rung them up complaind. He told me he doesn't k ow why that's happened because the bases are me dead fresh.. Told them that they need to come get them and we want a refund. We got our refund and 2 new pizzas.. Fair enough.. My partner ate hers thinking it's a new Base and no problems. Thought the food would be decent but I was wrong,very very wrong. My little children ordered donner meat and chips with no chili sauce,classic hotdog without mustard and mozzarella sticks with cheesy chips, my 2 nieces ordered a meat combo panini and a cheeseburger. The donner looked very white (looked raw) the hotdog looked like a baguette bun with a long straight kebab, the chips were soggy and the cheese looked 3 hours old and the only decent thing was the mozzarella sticks. Would never recommend ordering from here again. Never ever...
