It is one of the steepest mountains to hike to in England but it is also one of the most popular tourist destinations for hikers and paragliders.
The views from the top of the Mount Caburn where the old Iron Age Fort spot is very stunning especially on a clear sunny day especially if it gets warm.
I managed to hike all the way up to the top from the bottom of the steep hill near Lewes but it is easy to get to from the golf course however you do have to be careful whilst walking past the cows and the sheep if you see them along the way where the gates are.
Overall it is a nice spot to go to and a good spot to go paragliding if youโre into that as well as for all hikers out there.
It is definitely worth checking this mountain out even if you live close to Lewes, Glyde, Brighton, Uckfield, Newhaven etc.
Highly recommended this place to anyone whoโs never been there before and Iโm giving this 5 stars and a solid 10 out of 10....
