Beautiful views and good climb. This was our first mountain so we took the Llanberis Path. Me and my dog are both pretty fit but not used to hills as we are from South Lincs. So we did up and back in 6.5 hrs including around 30mins of stops. The path is gravel so a bit slippy and rocks to step up to. But the hardest part was the really steep tarmac incline right at the start! 🤣 The summit is small and a narrow spiral stair. I went on a Friday in September and there were a far few people waiting. However this is really helpful if on your own like I was, as nice people offer to take your photo 😊 Will be back to try a more challenging path next!

Fantastic for starting your mountain climbing journey. I would say take miners route from pen y path for a more scenic but challenging route. Get that hard part out the way. then back down to Llanberis for a easier more gentle climb down to enjoy the other side of the mountain

Amazing route to the peak. There will be lots of views to watch in enchanted. It’s hard, takes around 4 hours to reach the top. You will have to pass a narrow way which has cliffs on both sides before the end, but this pathway absolutely offers the best view to me.

Minners path has fantastic views, it is a bit challenging on the steep climb, you will need to use your hands at some points and it can be strenuous. The minners path has some beautiful lakes, very still and amazingly fun to skim stones on. Some parts were a bit scary and require carefully footing, don't go into any ruins as they may contain human waste, I found out the hard way. Make sure to pack plenty of food, temperate and weather on the summit can change very quickly so make sure to bring waterproofs and layers. The summit was foggy the que was long and some people skipped the que with felt disgruntling. The cafe prices are a bit high and don't have much range in items. The lamberis path is beautiful but has a long decline in comparison to other routes, the path is mostly...
