Climbed Cribyn as part of the horseshoe trek covering all three peaks, four if you count Bryn. Had a really steep climb onto Cribyn from Bryn. Very challenging but hugely satisfying and rewarding. Not many people using this route, mostly coming to Cribyn from Pen y fan which was useful. Amazingly long and beautiful walk.

Direct and uncompromising, steep and airy. Cribyn approached from the north via Cymcynwyn and Bryn Teg. The finish onto the summit is a thing of beauty

Lovely jaunt over to Cribyn from Pen Y Fan, blue skies stunning white clouds, perfect place to have a break for a cuppa and a sarnie

Hell of a mountain, especially if you climb up it from the Brecon side, up along the ridge. Each aide drops away very steeply, It looks quite daunting from the Penyfan side, but as I say Brecon side is on another level. Be very...
