Been to the gaff a couple of times and honestly cant fault it. Security team are firm but fair and the venue is sweet. I much prefer it now to the White Hotel. The chill out room down stairs is comfortable, although some bean bags for the floor would be a great idea as the room does get busy. The toilets do get busy and more toilet roll would not go a miss. The no photo rule IMHO is a good thing and is respectfully enforced, the door staff will warn you once and then ask you to leave if you take liberties. The sound system is first class, all I would say if you are not used to loud music and stood near the front then you should obtain some earplugs, personally I like the volume loud so have no issues. Its a younger crowd than some other gaffs but its a good crowd with everyone just wanting to have a good time with zero trouble. Looking forward to the Toy-Tonics / Nossa event at the end...

The worst event I have ever bought a ticket for. The promoter purposely oversells these events with no intention of letting half of the people that buy a ticket into the venue.

They claim its due to a 1 in 1 out policy that is implemented after final entry at 12 but we arrived at the event 30 minutes after the event started and were left queing until after last entry with 30 other people that bought tickets for the event. At that point we were told to go home as we weren't...

Avoid avoid avoid!!!! Do not get scammed like my mates and I did. They oversold and refused us entry saying there was a last entry stated. This was not stated on the ticket or any email and they’re refusing any refunds.
