What a brilliant location. Nice welcoming bailiff. Lots of ponds to choose from and they are all unique. I went on a Friday as I like the peace and quiet, I understand there are lots of matches on the weekend but the shear size of the place means there shouldn’t actually be an issue in finding a quiet swim. I fished molands by the scarecrow and had a dozen F1’s on the method along with 30 silvers with maggots on the float. The pricing is reasonable also and they do night fishing which I want to try soon. I think this will become my local as opposed to Blythe and Alverchurch. See you soon!

Great place for fishing. I regularly go and fish the larger pool there are lots of diffrent pools for all anglers and types of fishing. The water quality is good and surrounding clean and tidy. Pegs could do with a bit of modernising and slabs are uneve. And slope to water. Parking is close to pegs. Had lots of silver and nearly a few car from bread on the top. Will be back again soon

Plenty lakes to choose from, gets busy during weekends and best lakes are booked for contest with occasional lake available on Saturday Sunday if you lucky (Gearys, Little Gearys and Molands). All in all probably one in best commercial fishery around even for commercial some lakes have natural feel about them which is big bonus for me. Bonus is well stocked shop.

Had an absolute fantastic 24hrs on Molands ! Had originally booked on big Gearys but arrived at the lodge to learn there was a match on , the gentleman that met me at the counter could not have been nicer ! He had saved me a peg on big gearys if I still wanted to fish there as , in his words , didn’t want to ruin my day . How sound is that ! He gave me the option to fish on Molands and I took it , couldn’t have been happier with the resulting session ! Caught my PB Mirror and a lot of big commons . Beautifully kept waters and grounds, fantastic selection of tackle and bait on offer at the lodge (breakfast looks amazing too) and even better staff . Can’t imagine a better place to fish . Only 15 mins away from me in Coventry and is my all time fave fishery ! Fair play...

I haven’t fished here yet but I took a ride down the check the place out after it was recommended by a chap I met in Go Outdoors. The staff are lovely and helpful. Hot food and drink available. Chatted with a couple of anglers there and they highly recommend it. It’s a very tranquil spot. You won’t be disturbed by random walkers as they’re not allowed. Parking right by some of the pegs. I’ll be there very soon as the ponds...
