One of the worst customer services I've ever received. We started the morning with adventure golf which started off rather rude. When we arrived I walked in with my son confused where we payed for the golf so went into the building after seeing the signs and said "just looking for the mini golf" the guy then just quickly typed an amount into the card machine put it down and went and grabbed 2 balls and 2 putters without even a simple hello. So I looked at the amount then tapped my card and grabbed the stuff and he then says "cards and pencils are on the side and the course is down to your left" very basic service so we headed down to the course which is the only reason it's getting a one star as the course was great fun till we got to the final hole and discovered it takes the ball. If there was any conversation I would have asked for two games for my little boy as he was loves playing golf and trying new places. So we walked back over to the golf area to bring our putters back to again be met with no conversation just taking the putters off us and walking away. While we was here I thought I'd take him to the soft play to cheer him up a little so we walked over to the soft play to wait and the doors for someone to answer the bell and let us in which is a great feature but doesn't work well if the staff are chatting away to themselves ignoring the bell. 4 times while we was inside did I notice people just stood at the door waiting coming in and out while the staff just chatted away to themselves. Once I finally arrived in I was met with no greeting just a card machine slapped down on the desk for me to pay which seems a common thing about this place. The soft play was clean and tidy and a good size for the prize you pay. My little boy loved playing in there and burned off plenty of energy but when it came to leave again we was stood waiting at the door till the lady who served us earlier came over after giving a dirty look because we was making her walk over to the gates to let us out. The lady both times was a older lady blondish hair and blue crocs who seems to hate her jobs by the look of it to not even say hi to a child or show any customer...
Read moreTook my daughter-in-law and my two grandchildren, aged 6 and 3 to this place for the first time one incredibly wet Saturday. Found it to be light, spacious and airy with very well laid out, age defined, play areas. It was also extremely clean and during the 2.5 hours we were there staff came out to tidy, reset the play areas and vacuum the floor. Very impressive. There was plenty of seating for parents/minders to sit and watch and an efficient cafe. Prices were about average for this type of play centre with hot and cold light meals available; healthy choices too. I don't know if they monitored numbers but it never became overcrowded. We will definitely be returning and I have no hesitation in recommending Tee-Rex to anyone with...
Read moreAbsolutely fuming and have a very upset 19 month old now! Website states it closes at 8pm on a Sunday, we arrived at 4 to be told they close at 4pm! My baby had already seen the soft play so was excited then was in tears as we had to turn away. I will not be returning and also was disappointed at how small the place was anyway when the website makes it out to be so good. Think you need to sack whoever Is 'meant to look after your website' ! Please change it before other children are left upset and disappointed! May I add as soon as you Google t- rex soft play the first page states sunday closes at 8pm, if the golf course and soft play are different opening and closing times this should be clearly stated...
