We had a brilliant time at the red wharf vineyard. First - get a taxi as Kevin is very generous with the wine tasting ( which is really good and tastes amazing). On arrival we got a cup of tea and coffee and then went into the vineyard where Kevin went through the story of how they came into being and the pitfalls of setting up a vineyard here and in the EU. When we went back inside we got nibbles and started the tasting. There was a selection of white, red and rose followed by an extra glass of your favourite. They also provided more small plates which was a lovely and unexpected touch. If you want to go and see a small, commercial vineyard in the UK...

A wonderful afternoon spent at Red wharf bay vineyard. The location doesn’t get much better than here, where rolling hills meets the beach. Kevin was a phenomenal host with a plethora of information and stories to tell. We were able to have a wander around the vines and learnt how the vineyard came to be. Following this we tried a white, red and rose wine accompanied by nibbles which were excellent. The sun was shining and the setting was just perfect. I would recommend this experience highly, not only are you able to try some gorgeous wines but also hear the interesting tales that Kevin...

Spent a delightful afternoon learning about growing vines and tasting Kevin's delicious wines in his garden. Despite the rain had a great time and purchased some red wharf bay wines, and enjoyed 'anglesey tapas' . Molly the golden retriever was an added bonus. Thank you for a wonderful tour, highly recommend
